As a Relationship Therapist and coach, I specialize in helping couples improve their relationships. I deeply believe (and scientific data, thankfully, backs me up) that the quality of our relationships is the single most important factor in our lives.
Couples therapy is for any couple who wants to better understand their relationship and strengthen the way they connect, communicate, and navigate challenges together. You might be feeling stuck in recurring arguments, distant or disconnected, struggling with trust, intimacy, or major life transitions—or simply sensing that something feels “off” and wants attention. At the same time, couples don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many come to deepen an already solid bond, build healthier patterns, or prevent small issues from becoming larger ones. Drawing from the Gottman Method and adapting it to each couple’s unique dynamics, I offer a structured yet flexible approach that helps couples develop greater emotional awareness, mutual understanding, and practical tools for lasting relational well-being.
